inline images missing when email forwarded

Hi.

We've an end user running Notes 9.0.1 FP9 in Window 10 x64 with a strange situation: when he forward an eMail, inline images dissapear and in destination appears a place holder with 
the silver down arrow appears in the upper left corner of the place holder.

The same user can send eMails (not forward) with inline images without problem.

Any idea?
